Boilerplate
Copy freelyWorkflo automatically arranges the windows on your Mac: it opens the apps you need, moves and resizes every window the way you set it, and clears the rest, before a call, before a focus block, and every time you dock or undock.
A Mac workday is a context switch every hour: a call, a focus block, docking at the desk, undocking to leave. Every switch costs the same manual minute of reopening, dragging, resizing and hiding. The tools in this space make that minute faster, but they all wait to be asked. Workflo isn't a faster way to arrange windows; it's the end of arranging them as a task. It stages Scenes from your calendar or the clock without being asked, so the workspace is set before the moment arrives, and a Scene isn't a window move: it opens the apps that aren't running, places every window, and clears everything that isn't part of it. Other tools rearrange what you already have open; a Scene decides what's open in the first place. Workflo also learns your layout for every display setup on its own, so everything snaps back where it belongs when your displays change. Beyond that: Stash clears the whole desk with one key and brings it back with another, Scene Studio designs layouts without touching live windows, and launch placement opens new windows at their remembered positions. Built by Lucid Labs in native Swift, about 4 MB, with every layout stored as plain JSON on the user's Mac. No account, no cloud, no subscription.

Usage
Do / Don'tDo
- Use the provided SVGs at any size — the mark is built to scale.
- Keep clear space around the mark equal to the width of its inner pane.
- Use the dark mark on dark grounds and the light mark on light grounds.
- Write the name as "Workflo" — one word, capital W.
Don't
- Recolor, rotate, or add effects to the mark.
- Remove the dashed ghost pane — it's half the idea.
- Set the wordmark in another typeface or stretch it.
- Place the mark on busy imagery without a quiet backing.
