Contact

One inbox, read by the people who build the app.

contact@getworkflo.app

Everything goes to contact@getworkflo.app: support, purchases and refunds, press, privacy. There is no ticket system and no first-line queue; Lucid Labs, the company that makes Workflo, answers directly.

01Support

Check the FAQ first; it covers the common cases, like the one permission Workflo needs and apps that fight external placement. If it doesn't answer you, email us. Two details make almost every support answer faster:

  • Your macOS version and the Workflo version (both are in Settings → About).
  • What you expected and what happened instead, for example "I undocked and Safari stayed on the dead display".

02Purchases and refunds

Workflo is a one-time purchase with a 7-day free trial. If you buy and change your mind, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund; with the trial, that is two full weeks to evaluate. After that, refunds are discretionary. The full policy is in the terms. For license key trouble, include the email address you bought with so we can find the order.

03Press

Writing about Workflo? The press kit has boilerplate you can lift verbatim, a fact sheet, logo files, and the palette. For quotes, screenshots in a specific setup, or anything the kit doesn't cover, use the same address; mention your outlet and deadline.

04Privacy

The privacy policy explains what little we hold. To ask what that is for you, or to have it deleted, email us from any address; there are no accounts, so we will tell you exactly what can and cannot be traced to you.

05The company

Workflo is made by Lucid Labs, an independent software company, and more about the product and the principles behind it is on the about page. For anything this page didn't anticipate, the same inbox works: contact@getworkflo.app.
